Policies

Appointments, Cancellations, Lateness

  • We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please be aware of the time needed to receive your full service. We strongly recommend pre-booking your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
  • If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please note: All keratin/relaxer appointments require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Certain specialized services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment date and time which will go toward the cost of services performed.  
  • In an effort to make your visit, and the visit’s of other clients, as pleasant and timely as possible, we do ask that you arrive on time. In the event that you are late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule you. We will do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, the salon cannot guarantee services to you.   

Service Refunds, Returns

  • We will gladly make any adjustments to a service you have received within one week of your original visit. Please call us as soon as possible to make an appointment. No refunds, exchanges, or credit will be given on services.
  • All hair care products purchased at time of visit are returnable unopened and unused up to 7 days after purchase. After one week we will not accept any returned products.  

Gratuities, Forms of Payment

  • Gratuities are at the discretion of the client and are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are appreciated in cash or a separate check and cannot be added to any credit/debit card transaction.  
  •  Prices are subject to change without notice based on hair length and texture. We gladly accept all Major Credit Cards, Cash, and Checks.  

Child Safety

At K'Bello Organic Hair, we strive to provide the most relaxing atmosphere while having your services done. In an effort to not compromise the experience of other guests, we ask that no child under the age of 12 accompany you for your appointment. For safety reasons, children are only permitted when having a service done. We hope you understand that we cannot insure their safety in a professional salon environment.

Keratin Treatments

When booking any Keratin/Relaxer Treatment, which requires a 3 hour appointment, a $75 non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking. All major credit cards will be accepted over the phone. Due to the nature of this appointment, rescheduling will require an additional $75 deposit. Please note that only ONE $75 deposit will go toward the cost of your service. All Keratin Treatments require the recommended Shampoo/Conditioner to insure the longevity of the treatment.  

Use of Salon Equipment, Personal Belongings

  • Client use of salon equipment is prohibited. If you choose to not have a blow dry service done, you may sit under one of our hood dryers. If you do opt out of a finishing service the day of your color, color results will not be guaranteed.  
  • We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings, including clothing and jewelry. Please be mindful of your possessions during your time spent with us.
