Does organic hair color last as long as traditional ammoniated hair color?
Yes. Organic color lasts your traditional 4-6 weeks with proper at home care. If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
Are your products cruelty free?
Yes. All of our products are cruelty free and about 90% of them are vegan.
Why do you carry products made in Europe?
Many of our products are made in Europe simply because they follow the European Standard. The European Union is far superior and much stricter on what companies are allowed to put ingredient wise into products. They also regulate that all products are properly labeled. Every ingredient must be printed on the label. For European Union manufacturers, testing on animals has been banned since 2004 on the finished cosmetic and since 2009 for raw materials
Why do some products come in amber glass bottles?
So many of the products we carry are full of essential oils. Amber glass protects the delicate and pure ingredients in our products. It is the most Eco-friendly packaging and is infinitely recyclable.
How long does the Cezanne Perfect Finish Smoothing treatment last and are there any restrictions?
With proper at home maintenance the Cezanne Perfect Finish Treatment should last 5 months on average, depending on the hair type and texture. The corresponding shampoo and conditioner are required to insure the longevity of the treatment. There are no restrictions with the Cezanne Perfect Finish. You may wash your hair the next day, although we recommend that you do wait at least a day. Hair ties, swimming, and working out are all allowed.
Will the Cezanne Perfect Smoothing treatment give me pin straight hair?
No. This treatment is not formulated to deliver stick straight results. Most clients can expect less frizz with a smoother, stronger, more manageable result.
